Full refund

A full refund is available within 14 days of payment if the material has not been downloaded. More favorable terms on a product page take precedence.

Partial / not eligible

If the material file was already downloaded, a staff member reviews the usage and the reason before deciding on the refund. Material with a defect that prevents normal use is refunded whether or not it was downloaded.
